Meet Dr. Rebecca
Greetings! I am a down-to-earth individual who loves creating, exploring, learning, and teaching. Growing up I was surrounded by strong women who seemed to take care of everyone… except themselves. For a long time, this was how I also behaved. It took me years to discover that I could improve my mental and physical health with physical activity and a focus on wellness. As a result, I became a better partner, mom, physical therapist, and community member. I have participated in marathons, CrossFit, and weightlifting in addition to gardening, cooking, and reading. My commitment to activity helps me play and care for my family, even through pregnancy, in a way that brings me joy. I love to help individuals, and especially parents, care for themselves so that they can live their best lives pain or symptom free.
