Meet Dr. Rebecca
Growing up, I was surrounded by strong women who took care of everyone—except themselves. For a long time, I followed the same pattern, prioritizing everything else over my own well-being. It wasn’t until I discovered the power of movement, self-care, and holistic healing that I realized how much better life could be. This personal journey led me to become a physical therapist— not just to treat pain, but to help people reclaim their lives.
At Where You Are PT, I work with individuals who have tried everything—people who are tired of temporary fixes and want real, lasting relief. Whether it’s unexplained discomfort, chronic pain or postpartum recovery, I approach treatment by considering the whole person, not just a single symptom. Using a combination of manual physical therapy techniques, microcurrent therapy, and movement coaching, I help my patients reconnect with their bodies, reduce pain, and get back to living the life they love.
